Moms Get Strong

Calling all moms: Join us for this fun opportunity to build strength and practice self-care! This beginner to intermediate resistance training class will focus on building full body strength while upping your confidence in the weight room. In this small group setting, you’ll have the opportunity to escape everyday responsibilities and connect with other moms looking to get strong! Whether you have lifted before or are brand new to strength training, if you’re looking for a quick escape and much needed self care time, this class is for you.

Post-natal and new mommies are also more than welcome as we explore the benefits of resistance training, pelvic floor work, core strengthening & more!

Move Strong

Move Strong is a high-intensity interval training class designed to deliver powerful results in a 60‑minute session. Each class begins with a dynamic warm‑up to prepare the joints, muscles, and nervous system for performance, followed by structured sprint-style intervals that target fast‑twitch muscle fibers to build power, speed, and strength. ALL FITNESS LEVELS

This style of training is highly effective for fat loss while preserving lean muscle mass, improving metabolic efficiency, and supporting cardiovascular health, including favorable cholesterol markers such as increased HDL (“good”) cholesterol. Emerging research also suggests that high‑intensity exercise may support cellular health and longevity-related processes, contributing to overall vitality.

We finish with a static cooldown and stretching period to promote recovery, flexibility, and nervous system down‑regulation—so you leave feeling strong, balanced, and recharged.

If this applies to you and you’re ready to start your day off correct, come join us in this early morning small group training lead by one of our awesome trainers!

Strength Foundations

  Build strength, improve muscle tone, and move with confidence in this twice-weekly strength training class featuring a balanced upper and lower body split. One session each week focuses on developing strength and endurance in the chest, back, shoulders, and arms, while the second session targets the glutes, quads, hamstrings, and calves to build lower-body strength, stability, and power. Each workout concludes with a challenging core finisher designed to improve core strength, posture, and overall functional fitness. Exercises can be modified or progressed to accommodate all fitness levels, making this class an excellent option for anyone looking to build a strong foundation, increase overall strength, and stay consistent with their training.
