High Intensity Interval Training with Sprint 8 GX

This small group training is designed for RESULTS!!  By combining an evidence-based High Intensity Interval Training with E-lift (explosive) training, our coaches will guide you through this 4 week /12 session program.

Sprint8gx is scientifically validated to naturally burn fat, build muscle and improve blood chemistry. It can change your life in less than one hour at a time! This program bridges the gap between traditional group exercise classes and individual exercise, such as personal training.

Into to Power Lifting

If you have always wanted to learn the basics of power lifting or just interested in diving into something new on the weight floor, this small group training is for you!

During this class, our trainers will guide you step by step through the fundamental techniques for power lifting:

  • squat
  • bench press
  • deadlift
  • carry

If you already come with the fundamentals, our trainers can help critique form and guide you through safe progressions when power lifting. In addition to form and technique, trainers will provide knowledge around creating a personalized workout plan and teach you mobility and how to properly warm up for future sessions when powerlifting!

This class is open to anyone ages 17 and up.

Calling all moms: Join us for this fun opportunity to build strength and practice self-care! This beginner to intermediate resistance training class will focus on building full body strength while upping your confidence in the weight room. In this small group setting, you’ll have the opportunity to escape everyday responsibilities and connect with other moms looking to get strong! Whether you have lifted before or are brand new to strength training, if you’re looking for a quick escape and much needed self care time, this class is for you.

Post-natal and new mommies are also more than welcome as we explore the benefits of resistance training, pelvic floor work, core strengthening & more!

If this applies to you and you’re ready to start your day off correct, come join us in this early morning small group training lead by one of our awesome trainers!

This class will consist of strength training, HIIT, mobility, and endurance!

During the 45 mins, trainers will guide you through each movement, while teaching you how to safely warm up, progress and cool down. Training early mornings have been said to:

This small group training is designed for RESULTS!!  By combining an evidence-based SIT (sprint interval training) with E-lift (explosive) training, our coaches will guide you through this 8 week/16 session program utilizing the muscle fiber recruitment and growth hormone release triggered by this type of training to push your fitness journey to a higher level. Accountablity is the name of the game here as we track measurements and weight (voluntarily) in addition to the “Sweat Score’ achieved on the cardio modality of your choice.
