Danzan Ryu Jujitsu class-Youth ages 6-14
One of the most comprehensive and most widely taught styles of Jujitsu in the United States and has several elements form other martial arts. It includes not only all the pertinent elements of an effective self-defense system, but also a complete system of resuscitation, massage, and healing arts. The ultimate goal of Danzan Ryu Jujutsu/Jujitsu is completion of character. It is great for kids and adults to build confidence and body awareness and the ability to navigate daily life more effectively both emotionally and physically. Danzan Ryu is a sophisticated martial system designed to cultivate your warrior-spirit and help you become a better more confident and resilient person.
