A Kickstart appointment is a 45 minute free session with a Wellness Representative or Trainer to help new members navigate through obstacles and begin their journey on a solid and successful foundation.
Elements of the session include orientation to the Y policies, procedures, equipment, and culture, to learn about our many Group Exercise classes or about Personal Training, to help members articulate and set fitness goals and to help new members chart their wellness journey based on results from a SECA Biometric Body Scan (free with a Kickstart).
