If you are currently receiving the DCYF subsidy, please make sure you have a valid authorization for this location. Be sure to contact DCYF as early as one month before, but no later than two weeks before, the start of care to report location information and give them the provider number for Chambers Prairie Elementary (162128). When registering please choose the DCYF Subsidy rate plan.

If a valid authorization is not received by two weeks prior to the start date of the program then payment will be required to hold the child’s place in the program.
