Track & Field
The race is on! YMCA Track and Field is a great place to achieve new skills, build great relationships, and enjoy the beautiful Summer outdoors. Focus is on core values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility as players learn how to become better community members, as well as learning new sport specific skills. Activities may include relay races, athletics, ball throw, disc toss, and long jump. No experience or gear needed.
Kindergarten-5th Grade
🌟 Ready… Set… GO! Race into a summer of fun and fitness with YMCA Track & Field! This high-energy program keeps kids moving with exciting sprints, action-packed games, awesome field events, and team relays—plus super fun Meet Days where everyone gets to shine! No two days are the same as we learn new events, try new challenges, and build confidence along the way. Make friends, cheer on teammates, enjoy the great outdoors, and discover just how strong and fast you can be—all while having an absolute BLAST! All gender welcoming, all skill levels
Program is scheduled to be 2 sessions per week, ending on August 18th
Practice times will be between the hours of 5:30pm-7:30pm.
Location: Timberline High School Track & Field
Financial aid available
Equipment needed: water bottle, weather-appropriate clothing, tennis shoes
Volunteer Coaches and Leaders are needed, and parents will need to volunteer to help.
