Ballet: Learn a ballet excerpt from a famous ballet! In this class, you will be learning beginner ballet movements and body positions. Beginner friendly ballet class, learn ballet concepts, ideals, and variations, and some ballet history!

Superhero Training: Calling all superheroes! Kids will channel their inner superhero by playing games, doing obstacle courses and exciting challenges. Get ready to train, play, and have a super adventure.

Art Adventure: We will be working with all different kinds of mediums and will have alternative activities for kids to engage in. This is an opportunity to allow creativity to shine through guided activities and direct feedback and instruction! The kids will have the chance to keep their creation or allow it to be displayed in the facility.

Pickleball: Be a part of this amazing wave of popularity and learn the ins and outs of dynamic social sport that combines elements of tennis, ping pong, and badminton—Pickleball is FUN! Grab your paddles and hit the pickleball court!

Y Kids Write: Kids will learn the components of story writing, from creating interesting characters to detailed settings to exciting plotlines, which they will apply to their own work.  They will be encouraged to workshop their writing in a safe environment with other classmates.

Tumblebugs – A wonderful class to get the wiggles out! Use all of that positive energy they have and teach them something super cool and fun! They will learn Gymnastics moves and different Tumbling Tricks/Techniques. (Good for all skill levels) They will be given class structure to help prepare them for school and will learn stretches for flexibility and to prevent injuries.

Students will develop coordination, strength, dance technique, rhythm, and body awareness in a caring, exciting, nurturing environment. This class is an excellent way for children to be introduced to the many benefits of performing arts. 

Homeschool PE: Get the entire PE experience in our Gymnasium! We will play games like “Red Light, Green Light”, Tag, and play sports like Basketball and Hockey! We have scooter races, jump ropes, and play the parachute game!

STEM: The kids will be hands-on and able to explore and learn together. This is meant to be a FUN exploration outside of school! 

Tumbling: A space for kids with a lot of energy! Have a blast while learning new skills and tricks! (Good for all skill levels.) You will learn positions, tumbles, gain strength, increase flexibility, and make new friends too!

Tumblebugs: A great into to tumbling for our littlest movers and shakers: 3-5 year olds! Give your child the opportunity to build strength, friendships, and self-confidence as they explore all the ways their fabulous bodies can move!

LipSync Battle Performance Group: Kids ages 5-11 are invited to come to this special Youth Experience Program, which runs OCTOBER 3-NOVEMBER 14TH. The class meets in the Multipurpose Room from 11-11:45 each Saturday, where they will be learning lyrics and simple choreography for the Minions version of the YMCA song, building simple costumes, and preparing for a true LipSync Battle, in which they will get to perform on stage NOVEMBER 14th as part of the Great Bend LipSync Battle: a night that celebrates our community’s creativity, generosity, and incredible nonprofit network.

Please be sure that your little performer is available on the evening of Saturday November 14th to participate in the performance they’ll be working hard to prep for! **Doors open at 6:00 PM | Show starts at 6:30 PM**

Track and Field: In this introduction to track and field skills, your kids will learn to move like athletes!
